A must go if you want to see the local villages of Hanoi. I recommend Rocky, who gives an excellent tour. You should be prepared to ride a bicycle for a few hours and you will take a short ferry ride across the way. Lunch...More

We had a cooking class with brief Vietnamese language lesson. Anna was spectacular and excellent at time management. Made 3 meals plus desert, following a trip to the local market to buy ingredients. Highly recommend.

This was a nice tour which enabled us to try lots of great food. Guide was prompt, friendly and very engaged. (Sorry but can’t remember his name!) Downside - he had a habit of touching his nose a lot (nervous habit?) and then reached for...More

Yeah it's very safe. I would get a cab to downtown and walk around. I would head to the French quarter and the old town, look around the lake and the temple, take some time for lunch.
