While this museum is likely geared towards children, it's definitely fun for all ages. Perfect way to spend a few hours, or enjoy some time indoors when it's raining. My boyfriend and I had a blast.

Tickets for foreigners cost thb400. However, you can buy same at discounted prices at nearby tour and travel operators. Hope this helps

Not sure, but probably 10 or 11 am to be safe but I agree with the above, afternoon is a great time, get out of the heat and into a different world.
