The venue is new to me in Chiang Mai. It was great fun for a couple of hours on a hot morning. Lots of 3D paintings you can walk into and take pictures. Good for couples and groups.

Tickets for foreigners cost thb400. However, you can buy same at discounted prices at nearby tour and travel operators. Hope this helps

Not sure, but probably 10 or 11 am to be safe but I agree with the above, afternoon is a great time, get out of the heat and into a different world.
