Hidden gem

Small, out of the way, hard to find, rarely open. Lots of beers, but cocktails seem to be a more popular option. They can get busy if there's only one bartender, it takes time to make the cocktails. But if you're not in a hurry, stop in, wait for your turn, and prepare to taste something unique, or something familiar, only better.
