Bought a ring on a cruise on November 15th. After selecting one ring at a certain price the salespeople wanted me to buy a more expensive ring. They kept supplying my wife and myself with alcohol and showing various rings and bracelets. We started getting short on time because of our cruise schedule. We picked out a ring and I gave them a down payment. Went we returned to the US we could not find an appraiser to give me a price and when I got the contract in the mail the payments were way higher than I was led to believe. Now I find out there is no return policy so I guess I will have to get my lawyer involved. Stay away from these people you will not get a straight answer or information.

My husband and I went in to Diamonds and were greeted by Noemi. We were looking for a diamond band for my birthday. Plus we had purchased a band 13 years ago and I lost a diamond. Ellen, the manager, not only replaced the diamond at no charge, but they also resized my wedding band that I hadn’t taken off in 43 years. I cannot say enough wonderful things about these ladies and the general manager. EXCELLENT service, excellent staff and I am thrilled with my new diamond band!!!

While on a cruise, we stopped in Belize and popped into Diamonds International on the way to our excursion. I met a lovely sales executive named Noemi. She showed me several items before we had to rush off to catch our bus. We stopped back in after our cave tubbing and I was happy to see Noemi was still there. She remembered me and the items I had expressed interest in. I ended up buying a lovely Korite ring at a reasonable price. Noemi was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I am super happy with my purchase.

We had a great experience at this store. The products were great and the staff was so friendly. Niall helped us and was extraordinary. He was knowledgeable, kind and wasn't pushy in the slightest. We felt so comfortable buying from him. Make sure to ask for Niall. This shop is a must visit when in Belize.

We visited this store on January 1, 2020. I bought my husband a very beautiful watch that Noemi helped us with. Anytime you are in Belize City, Belize please stop in to see Noemi. My Sister and I stopped into Diamonds International while in port at Belize while on our Carnival Cruise and we were not seriously looking. However I instantly fell in love with a beautiful Heart Ring, I kept going back to it and the staff was so very friendly and helpful. Kinemah Bowen was AMAZING!!! Her smile alone made me feel so welcome. Everyone was so kind and made sure to answer all my questions and showed me other options yet I kept going back to the Heart Ring. I am the proud owner of my first diamond ring and looking forward to getting more.

We visited this store on December 25th from cruise ship MSC. Sagar spent much time showing my husband watches. One of which he selected. Thomas was hwlpful also in sealing the deal. Rita on the ship was very knowledgable and present in the store that day also. Thank You everyone for a great Christmas Day for us.

While on a Royal Caribbean cruise we stopped in Belize City for a day and took in some shopping. I had been looking for a luxury watch and decided to go into Diamonds International to look around at what they had. Sales rep Jyoti and Manager Thomas greeted my wife and I as we entered the store. Both were very helpful in helping me find a watch that was within my budget and was the style I was looking for.

Wonderful customer service, great prices. Monica and Natasha were incredibly helpful. Got a beautiful Crown of Light Diamond with a domed crown as apposed to a flat table diamond.

There are two staff at DI Belize that helped us with a purchase. These two are Anil and Mariana. Their attention to our requests were truly EXCELLENT! Their sales efforts were not pushy. We made our request for items and their response was for our request, Based on our experience with this DI in Belize, it is highly recommended by us. Anil and Mariana are truly concerned with the customer experience.

Hi I purchased crown of light earrings on February 6, 2018 and a Philip Stein bracelet. Love my earrings and the bracelet. But the top design part of my Philip Stein has fallen off. Cannot find it, I may have lost it shopping. What is your policy when this happens?

Chris and Elvis are right. We will trade up any diamond you purchased from DI, give you exact the amount you paid for the first diamond towards the new diamond. You will have to spend at least double the amount you have spent for your first diamond. For example: you bought your ring for 1000$. The upgrade ring will have to be at least 2000$ and you will pay just the difference -1000usd out of the pocket. I hope it helped:) Looking forward to see you in our store again!

When John bought the watch, I thought I was to receive a $50.00 discount on a purchase and have not been able to do this.
