We contacted Belize Travelcation via the email listed on their website. We got a response back within the hour, confirming availability and pricing to take my group of five from the airport to San Ignacio. We arranged pick-up from the airport and Benjamin greeted us as we exited. He had a van waiting for us with cold water and AC, which is much needed in the middle of a Belize summer!! The ride to San Ignacio takes just under two hours. Benjamin made the time pass quickly with his friendly conversation and information about the different sites and towns we passed along the way. His rates were much better than any of the major shuttle companies we researched. And I liked to comfort of just traveling with our group after a long flight. Also, Benjamin dropped us at our hotel and made sure we were all set before he left. I’ve read that some of the other companies will only drop at certain locations in San Ignacio, leaving travelers to catch a local taxi for the last leg of their trip.
We enjoyed our ride and its affordability so much that we’ve arranged for Benjamin to pick us up for our return to Belize City. We’re looking forward to another great ride. I’ll update again after that ride to confirm my endorsement of this family-run business.

My friend and I were visiting Belize for the first time and scheduled an airport transfer with Belize Travelcation. Benjamin was the friendly driver who picked us up and treated us wonderfully. He allowed us time to grab food before shuttling us off and was very knowledgeable about the Belizean people and culture. We were so impressed with him we took his business card and were able to contact him for further transportation at a moments notice. I really recommend this transfer for anyone unsure of public transportation and rest assure you will arrive quick and safely!

We expected a driver to the Guatemalan border from Belize City and met a wonderful young man, right on time, who even spoke some Hebrew, and came with a big and spacious car with good air conditioning. He was friendly and knowledgeable about Belize, and agreed to look for a Menonite village when we asked him for that. He spent over an hour with us there showing a great interest himself. We recommend very warmly his guidance in Belize and his driving.

I booked this tour through Viator. I messaged the tour company and tried calling and no one responded. This was my last day of vacation and this tour company didn’t contact me and did not show up. Please don’t let this happen to you. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

I was never picked up from the airport. I booked far in advanced and even though I entered in all of the info, it kept sending me an alert for more info. I called viator twice and they assured me it was fine. Messaged the tour operator a few times on the app and never got a response. Tried to call, no one would answer and voicemail was always full. Arrived and waited for about an hour and they never showed. One of the workers at the airport said they never do. Book with Belize Airport Shuttle service or all in one travel! They helped me to not be stranded in the airport! Viator customer service was no help.

My friend met him at the airport and instantly realized Tosin was a fellow Nigerian. Nigerians don't have the best international reputation but this one is a stand up guy! He provided us with his direct line and was always on time. He always arranged an alternate driver when he was busy with other customers. He organized Snorkeling at San Pedro for us at unbeatable prices. You can shop around but I guarantee that for the experience we got his was the best.
His vehicle is clean, well maintained and always air conditioned. Trust me this is not the standard when hailing random taxi cabs in Belize. You will not be disappointed using this company.

This was the most amazing Service ever! so much Kindness, Generosity, and Hospitality shown. I am Super Grateful i got connected to this specific company, The beginning and ending of my trip was even more beautiful due to the super awesome vibes presented from this company! If to ever go back to Belize I would specifically use this company again, and refer it to family and friends!

Ben was the absolute best! He constantly got out of his way to make sure we were comfortable! He set up an amazing tour of Altun ha and cave tubing quite possibly 15 minutes before we went, picked us up, drove us everywhere and dropped us off right in front of our Airbnb. He made us feel very safe throughout, and this trip wouldn’t have been the same without him! Highly recommend this company for your stay in Belize city and outskirts!

Ben is AWESOME! Besides always being available for a taxi ride, he hooked me and my friends up with a very last minute trip to Alton Ha and to go cave tubing right from our airbnb in Belize city. He also ordered us pizza when we didn’t realize that our phone couldn’t make international calls to the pizza store!! This company was the highlight of our Belize city trip! 100% definitely would recommend Ben and this company to anyone visiting Belize city and looking to travel around and do some awesome tours!!

Ben is such a good person! Hooked us up with a last minute Altun Ha and cave tubing trip and even ordered us pizza to our airbnb when our phones wouldn’t work! the best experience in Belize City! 10/10 would recommend!
