We went there as it was convenient to our accommodation. The service was really slow - we had to remind them about our drinks, our meals took a long time to come out, and we also had to wait a long time just to get our bill so we could leave. We also noticed that tables weren't being cleaned after customers had left - they were just sitting there dirty so new customers would walk in and then walk straight back out as there were no clean tables. The food was ok but nothing I would go back for. Very disappointing as it has the potential to be a lovely place.

We were late going to a hockey game and decided to try the Sandbox Bar and Grille. The restaurant has a limited menu but everything is made from scratch. The kids liked the options and I had the cowboy burger which was great! There was some good drink options and local craft beers which was a great touch. We had Russ as the server and he was awesome! Great customer service!!
