This place is amazing, the botanical rooms for every environment are incredible. You will find nature from around the world and there are miniature architecture for the main buildings in the city. this is a must in DC.

Stumbled upon this place while looking for the Smithsonian Museums. It’s free to enter and there’s no bag check line. It was super crowded when I went (the weekend after Easter). No gift shop. Very close to monuments and museums.

The outdoor gardens here are nice, but the real star is the large enclosed conservatory, which is divided into multiple rooms by climate and fauna type. The largest, Tropical, is at the center and is the star of the show. Also features are desert, Hawaiian,...More

This is one of the most beautiful botanical gardens I've ever visited! It's not that big, but is packed full of beautiful and exotic plants and flowers. Definitely worth visiting for an hour or two!

Beauty everywhere in this place. Grandaughter is doing horticulture at school, so she really enjoyed looking at the different plants.

we enjoyed a quick trip through the gardens. It is lovely, very well kept and played out. It would not have been good if it was very crowded or very hot outside. Great if you are a plant enthusiast.

This was my first trip to the Botanic Garden. I found it to be very relaxing with a wide variety of plants to enjoy. The orchids were especially impressive.
