I was in DC visiting my Daughter who attends GWU. While there we took in the Nutcracker done by the New York ballet. Don't drive, always take a taxi or Uber because parking is always difficult and it's one less thing to worry about. When there buy tickets in advance and download to your phone, this will make for easy entrance to the center. When there visit the Russian room at intermission, for drinks. I attended the Black Girls Rick Fest with workshops, seminars and musical performances all at the Kennedy Center. I traveled from Tennessee. The grounds were immaculate and well maintained. There was ample accessibility accommodations and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I hope this partnership continues. I hope to catch more events at the Kennedy Center on my next visit to the DC area. There is ample parking (paid) both at the Kennedy Center and surrounding area.…

Every time I attend a performance here, I have an amazing experience. Yes crowds will be crowds, but they do their best to get you seated.
