My favorite place in Riga to sit and enjoy the people. There are a number of outdoor cafes, and the square is comprised of an interesting complex of residential buildings. The square is relatively new, built after the War.

Lots of eating places. Lively in the evening. Passed through several times and always noticed something different on the buildings. Need to look up.
