Do visit the Fisherman’s Bastion in Buda - the views of the river and Parliament building are iconic - and it looked great int the mist and snow!

A really great place to visit but I was a bit surprised to see they are now charging a small amount to go up. There is still a cafe at the top and the charge means it quiet but nothing special. I can’t see how...More

Fisherman's bastion is a great photo spot to take photos, since it's located at a high point at the Buda side. Cafes are along the building where you can enjoy the view of Pest and the stunning view of Budapest's Parliament Building.

This structure is amazing to see and if you go to the far side it gives you a breathtaking view of the city. Nearby is Matthias Church and there are other activities you can do for a small fee on the grounds.
