We are so happy we decided to do this tour . Our guide Tara was fantastic.

She ran the tour at a pace that was just right, and provided great info about our destinations.

This tour shows off the natural beauty of Slovenia , particularly the Julian Alps, Soca River and Tomlin Gorge, all stunning. It’s great to experience these up close by some easy hikes.

Most exciting is a more challenging yet do-able climb to the source of the river- our guide led us there confidently and it was an awesome feeling to do this.

You won’t regret doing this tour , we loved it!

This was my most pleasurable day in Slovenia. The trip to the Triglav park is really worth taking. We started at 7 am when our guide picked us up from the hotel. I was thinking it wiil be a long day as it was going to be 12 hours at least, but the time flew by! Even though we took a hike or two and got off to see many of the sites i was not tired at all. We took an interesting train ride in which we sat in the van and went through a pitch black tunnel for about 7 kms. It was a lovely experience listening to the clickety clack of the train of the tracks and we could doze off if we liked. We saw a gorgeous water fall. the clearest emeral waters of the Soca river. Some from our group went rafting and they said it was exhilerating. We saw a beautiful view from the church built to commemorate the Italian soldiers who fell in along the border in the First World War. It was a very thought provoking moment as we saw the names of the dead soldiers and saw the beauty around us. The mountain pass was breathtaking. It was such a treat to be so close to the mountains we had been watching from afar. Our guide Nik was a wonderful. The van he drove was very comfortable and he was an excellent driver. Even on the twisty road with more than 40 switchbacks no one felt sick! He was very helpful and told us many interesting facts not only about the sites we toured but also about life in Slovenia in general. He was knowledgeable and a very friendly and accomadating young man. It was easy to talk to him and ask him questions. He was careful to warn us of any difficulties on climbs and tailor made the trip to our needs. He showed us special spots and took lovely pictures of us all. I really enjoyed his company. The restaurant we ate at in Bovec had lovely food and friendly ambience. It was easy to book this tour on line and very easy to find the office in Ljubljana and make the payment there. The office staff were also very helpful. All in all I recommend this trip highly. I had a fantastic time.

Me and my boyfriend saw this "National Treasures Trip" on tripadvisor and it sounded really good but when we looked at their website it said "minimum three persons" so we didn't really think we would go. The next day, after looking at some other tourist agencies - and not liking anything, we were strolling down Ljubljana and saw their office so we decided to go in. After hearing about their tour we were convinced that this is what we wanted to do so even if we didn't have that much money we decided to pay for the extra third person! That would have been totally worth it! But we were lucky that later that day another couple decided to join so we got our money (for the third person) back! And because the other couple decided to do the rafting, we used the money to go too and it was amazing!

The waterfalls, bridge, views, hike, lakes - loved everything.

The day of the trip was our favorite day of all the traveling we have ever done together, which is quite a lot. We fell completely in love with Slovenia and we are hoping that we will be back someday.

We are very glad you stopped by our office and decided to book it whether or not anyone would join along! :) As I told you in the office, it is a very popular tour and you should not worry about getting your money back. Amazing and kind guests, hopefully you come back some day. Best wishes, Nature Adventures Team

We wanted to go rafting on Soça river. Nature adventures was the first company that popped up. I wrote an e-mail to them asking for prices and options and got a response. I replied with a date and time we wanted to go rafting. 3 days later I still didn’t receive a response after writing twice. I decided to call them, and they promised to send me a message with the information for the rafting. 5 hours went and I didn’t receive any text message so I called them again and they said that they would send it to my email instead within an hour. 3 days later and still didn’t receive anything. Luckily, we did go rafting with another company (Aktivni Planet) with much better prices and communication.

I had never heard of Bovec,Soča River, or Triglav Park before so I was going into this day tour completely blind. Words cannot express how much I soaked up every moment of this amazing day. I was constantly in awe of the beauty and charm that surrounded us. The guide went with our pace and even went above and beyond to drop us off at our hotel. This was the best way to experience Slovenia and I wish I could do it again! You'd be a fool not to do this. Best money I ever spent.

The tour was fantastic from start to finish. Communication was great with the Nature Adventure team through WhatsApp and the day before even agreed to pick us up from a more convenient location for us. Maja, our guide was lovely, chatty and fab from start to finish. If you’re only in town for a couple of days it really is the best way to get a taste of Triglav National Park. The Soca Valley was just the best.

At 8am we were picked up by our guide, Tara Meglic. Tara was very engaging and informative from the minute we stepped into the van. There were 6 of us plus Tara.
First up - drove to train station and van was loaded on the cargo carriage and we hopped into the passenger carriage. It was a 40 minute journey through mountains, tunnels and small Slovenian villages.
Once at our destination we then drove to our first hike for the day, there were 3 hikes in total about 2 hour long. My 78 yr old mother was able to do the first two, the third was for the more adventurous, only 3 out of the 6 in our group completed this walk.
After our second walk, we had lunch in a restaurant in the mountains whilst 2 of our group went rafting.
Towards the end of the day we climbed up 1610 metres in the van (25 hair pin bends up to the top and another 25 down) the highest point in Slovenia by car to see the most fantastic view.
The day (10 hours) was absolutely awesome and Tatar’s Meglic was brilliant. One of the best days I’ve had truly amazing.

It was one of my best tour. This tour covered signature attractions in Slovenia and it was very informative. Big thanks to Alenka who made my day an interesting one. She provided lot of information not only about the tour but also about the country.
Highly recommended.

We booked the morning excursion that visited Vintgar Gorge and Lake Bled.

It was advertised as a small group tour and our overall group size was 8 people and the host, which was fine.

The trip itself was excellent, we got to see the very impressive Vintgar Gorge and had an hour and a bit to explore it, then we headed to lake Bled with a trip to the island by boat, followed by a cake and coffee from the café with views over the whole lake and castle.

Our host was excellent, very bubbly and had a lot of information to share. Really good day out. Highly recommended.
