We did a trip with ICOM tours on the 25th and 26th of January. It was the nurse sharks, swimming with dolphin trip and the snorkeling at two coral reef and visiting gulhi island. They were on time. The staff is very professional and nice and the photos they take were amazing!! Keep going iCom :)

Dolphins/Shark nursing/Stingray/Shipwreck

Amazing experience with our guide Estela. From the very first moment you could sense the good energy, knowledge and willingness to help. All the group could swim with dolphins and sharks. The whole experience was really professional. I definitely booking another experience with Estela. Thank you everything 🙏

Very nice experience. All praises .. staff friendly, patient, fun.We went on a day and half-day tour, saw dolphins, rays, swam with sharks... magical.

Incredible. I can't express how amazing has our tour been with ICOM. We booked two tours (Half day and full day) and had the memories of a lifetime. I would like to say my deepest thanks to Saif and Estella, who have been our instructors for the tours.
Saif has been the highlight of our tour, always supportive, not only during our trips but post trip, whenever we needed any information, he was there to help.
Thank you, ICOM, thank you, Saif & Estella for making our tour memorable. We'll definitely come back and would recommend ICOM to anyone and everyone who's looking to book professional day tours in Maldives.

We took the full day package to Sand Bank which included snorkelling at Coral Garden and Nurse Shark, spotting Manta Ray and Dolphins, if you are lucky (which we weren't, on both occasions), and finally ending the tour with lunch at the serene Sand Bank. The package also included all equipment like snorkelling masks, fins, beach towels and life jackets. Photos and videos taken by the crew in their GoPro while snorkelling are also included in the package cost. To and fro transfers were via speed boat (all included). There is an option of taking photos and videos via drone at Sand Bank at a slight additional cost which could be skipped because the quality and impact of videos they show you while selling the package vs those they took of ours, were totally not worth it. Our videos and photos were taken from too high up and too fast. We barely have any photos and videos where our faces are seen. Although this was not the case for few other couples who travelled with us... probably because we were the last and he was in a hurry to wrap up. The receptionist at the booking centre was extremely courteous. The speedboat crew (Chanko, Tarabe and Kadhoo) was extremely nice and helpful. For non-swimmers and first timers for snorkeling, they were extremely patient and tried their best to ensure that we had a good experience. They also entertained us with good music and dance during the long speed boat commute. Meal included vegetarian and non-vegetarian noodles, un-limited drinking water, juice and fruit. At the Sand Bank, which is the best experience and a must go while in Maldives, the staff arranged for beach umbrellas for all couples so we could relax without fear of getting sun-burnt. Needless to say apply lots of good quality sunscreen lotion before you go there.

iCom company after-sale is terrible. Sunset fishing excusion is a waste of money and time

We paid 70$ a 'Sunset fishing' (or 'Night fishing') excursion and we felt scammed. After getting in contact with iCom and arrange this activity, we took the boat to the fishing point with several fishermen. Once we arrived at the point, we realized that the equipement to perform the fishing was just a hook and a line, that is, we did not have even a simple rod (remember that the price is 35$ pp). After a couple of hours, we did not have any catch and the fishermen decided to go back to the port. We felt really disatisfied because Maldives is one of the best places to do this activity since there are many coral gardens and the water life is just astonishing, and on top of that, we were supposed to go with experienced fishermen that should know the best places for fishing.

It is reasonable to think that fishing has a luck factor, and i agree, but honestly speaking, being in Maldives (probably one of the best places for fishing, if not the best) and with experienced fishermen, i would have bet that at least one catch in two hours is not realted to luck...

We felt that we were promised to do an activity that we could not do and was a waste of time, so we decided to ask for a full refund. iCom company not only denied to give us our money back but also to assume their responsability of offering a honest treatment to their customers: They offered a fishing activity and when the main target is not achieved they refuse to refund.

If you do not want to waste your money, do not organize any fishing activity with this company.

We took two excursions with them. The whale shark and the ship wreck tour. We can't thank them enough how all was organized and all those special memories. Both of those trips the crew made us feel safe and ensured that we make memories that will last of a lifetime.

Special mention goes to our guides of the whale shark trip. Sometimes the whale shark area can get crowded, but we liked the way how these guys handled the situation. They managed (call it luck or skill 😁) to find one in the shallower water and we get to see the whale shark for a good amount of time before all other boats rushed there.

If you are looking for excursions in Maafushi, don't look any further, go with them.

We took the shipwreck experience,dolphins,nude sharks and sand bank,w were guided through the process thoroughly. The experiente was amazing. We got to see dolphins,see the stingrays, swim with sharks, snorkel at the shipwreck and take videos.The staff is so dedicated in everything,Estela eres la mejor,gracias cuadrilla ajaja.

Shipwreck amazing experience

We took the shipwreck experience with my wife, we have never snorkelled before, we were guided through the process thoroughly. The experiente was amazing. We got to see dolphins,see the stingrays, swim with sharks, snorkel at the shipwreck and take some amazing pictures at the sandbank. The staff is so dedicated in everything, from taking pictures to learning how to snorkel and guiding through the proces.
