This a modern facility within a sports precint in Ballarat. Provides group programs as well as individual fitness options. Swimming and gym facilities available. Membership and casual visitors accepted.

This is a great place to swim, exercise, have a sauna or just relax in the spa. There is gym and change rooms amenities including showers and lockers. The water is warm in the hydro pools and spa. Very relaxing.

Several huge pools, including toddlers right through to the hydro pool, spas etc. Lovely hot showers afterwards and very friendly staff, a fantastic nights entertainment.
