Had a great cruise out past the heads on sunny day with light swell. Saw lots of sea birds and albatross. Seals up close on the rocks and nesting areas you cannot see from land. Very informative host and crew.

Yes it should do, as the trip lasts an hour. Staff are very knowledgeable and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip.
