The Library forms part of a complex with art galleries and concert halls in the South Bank area. It has a very nice cafe and exhibits which are great to visit on a hot day.

Just behind cultural centre bus stand and Musuem is this wonderful library. Well equipped with books for all and in various languages. Free internet and one can use their computers . All free and good if you become member. Ample and comfortable sitting space.
