Castle closed on January 1 and November 19, not sure when is King''s day, some days closed early, check the web site before you go, a very well worth park to visit: kasteel de haar

Yes. t;here are restrooms in the lunchroom. When we were there many years ago they were at the far end of the grounds from the ticket window.
