A bit disappointing
Aug 2021 • Family
The cenote and atv was great. The zip line was disappointing as it was very short and you only get one turn. Additionally the instructors told us we could not bring our phones bc it was dangerous, and they would take pictures. This was a total lie! It was because they wanted to take pictures and then charge 60usd for them!!! A rip off, and now we don’t have any pictures! It was a fun day overall but would recommend looking into other cenotes who do the same thing as it may feel more like an adventure rather than a money making place, like this one. The people here were not so friendly either. If you do go make sure you sneak your phones in! You won’t regret it

DONT WASTE YOYR MONEY HERE! The Cenotes are beautiful but that’s about it you can’t ride atv other than in a strict line (slow) the owner followed us I don’t know why, zip lines were a joke and overall just wasted a day here of our vacation!

Beautiful cenotes, horribly ran
Dec 2020 • Couples
The cenotes themselves are amazing, which makes it even more unfortunate that the place is ran so poorly. Management is so rude. They have a strict “no pictures” policy so that they can take pictures of you and then charge exorbitant prices for them. They all but manhandle any cell phone/go pro away from you and force you to keep it in lockers. They also were in charge of our transportation and we had to wait over an hour to get a vehicle to go back to our hotel. All in all I would not go back again even though the cenotes are beautiful.

Don't waste your time or money
Jun 2021 • Couples
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I would absolutely give this place a ZERO. I found only 2 nice and personable workers there. I grabbed my phone to take a video of my boyfriend jumping into the cenotes. The manager whose name we were told is Bones rudely told me no even when I pointed out other people had theirs doing the same thing. I then overheard him call me a punta atleast twice. The whole staff was clearly talking about us and staring at us as if we were the ones that did something wrong. We decided we wanted to leave because of how we were treated. We were told for 4 hours a taxi was coming when it never was. We were sent back on our original shuttle. Had we known that we would've stayed and made the best of it but we were lied to and treated extremely poor the whole time.

Very beautiful Cenotes
May 2021
We drove our rental car there in hopes of a low-key excursion. They have all kinds of things to do there. We hired a local guide for very little money. We swam in the Cenotes and explored the underground beauty. We then rented a few horses and got a tour through the jungle path. Excellent place.

Money trap- go elsewhere!

Do not trust your valuable vacation day with this company!!

I've read a lot of the reviews where people have given this place good ratings. I have two options of these ratings 1. they must not travel often or 2. they are paid to give bogus reviews.

Read and believe the negative reviews - they are all spot on and correct!!! What we thought we were getting we did not. 7 hour trip for about 1.5 hours of activity. The staff here was not approachable & acted annoyed with the tourists. There are so many other local cenotes AND other companies I do NOT recommend this one.

What you pay for: $89 USD per person for a day trip to a cenote, four wheeler ride, zip line, & lunch.

What you get: For starters the promised 50 minute transportation to the cenote is actually closer to 2 hours. You will pick up several other people at various properties along the way. Our driver even stopped for gas 1.5 hours into the trip and we had to pay to use the restroom at a gas station. No phones are allowed (which is no issue) but they will photograph and PRICE GOUGE you for the images at the end of the day. We were in a group of 8 and to get images of our day we were told to pay $20 EACH. When my boyfriend and I asked to purchase only our pictures, separately , we were told $30 each. Price gouging tourists at its finest.

The provided lunch is more so a snack, but no worries they have a menu & they would be more than happy to charge you for additional food! (Look at the images other people have uploaded of the empty/ flat tacos) My boyfriend went and purchased steak quesadillas and they were much more filled (of course). The woman who sets your food in front of you puts a tip jar after you’re finished eating your deflated quesadillas. This place wants tips for everything. Even tips for providing the service you’ve already overpaid for.
The cenotes are absolutely beautiful with various points to jump into the water from and the even zip lines. Our guide was very friendly but lost my respect by whispering to me and my family at the end that he was VOLUNTEERING and solely relied on tip (even though that wasn’t posted anywhere, mentioned before, & he totally whispered it to us).

Take your business elsewhere!

The highway going west out of Puerto Morelos offers at least a dozen cenote locations. most of these have zip-lines and restaurants.

Worst cenote experience. Do not come here to experience the beautiful cenotes! Choose else where! Waste of money!!!
May 2021 • Friends
Do not I repeat do not waste your money here. These cenotes were horrible. The worst one I’ve been to thus far. They provided no restaurant or water. No WiFi. You were forbidden from taking your phone with you for fear that you would take your own pictures and not pay for the photos they took of you($100) that gave me so much anxiety being as though I am in a foreign country. Not having my phone was not an option so I took it anyway. From the moment we got here customer service was poor! It’s a family owned business so of course they don’t really care about you. Also, my friend four wheeler flipped over and landed on top of her. Although we paid the 5 dollars for insurance they were still trying to make us pay 450 for her hurting herself. Of course we didn’t pay.
They were very unprofessional and didn’t offer many amenities. The animals are also kept very inhumane. No room to move around while tied up I was very disappointed in this experience. This was the lousiest cenote experience ever and I have been to many many cenotes
