I was attending a bachelorette party for the weekend we decided to opt for a fun pontoon boat day on the lake. This day on the lake definitely exceeded our expectations and was probably the highlight of the trip.
Captain Ben should definitely get 5 stars after having to spend all day with us…were a bachelorette party after all.
If you’re looking to have unforgettable day on the lake….5/5 would recommend the pontoon boat experience!

Absolutely the best family adventure!! We toured around the lake and saw beautiful sites and then anchored and went swimming! Our captain inflated a floating pool for the babies to sit in and enjoy the water. The boat was beautiful and our captain went out of his way to make sure we had the best time!! I highly recommend Carolina Cruising Charters!!

We had the best time ever! We cruised, we floated and we karaoked. Matt was the greatest captain, he put up with a boat full of rowdy women and kept on smiling. We definitely want to come back and go out again.

Great Charter experience from booking to cruising.
We received a very quick text back from our initial online inquiry and made contact with Matt, who assisted us with booking. There were excellent communications after booking with everything we needed to know to prepare for our day out including filling out waivers ahead of time and setting expectations of what’s allowed on LKN.
Captain Stetson met us at the dock. He was professional and friendly; we knew we were in good hands, He is a very capable, interesting and knowledgeable captain. He made sure we were all comfortable throughout the trip which included checking to make sure we saw sites that interested us as well as maintaining a speed we were good with. This was our first time on LKN but we will definitely charter with them again.

Carolina Cruising Charters is awesome for any age and any group! The Captains provide various activities that make cruising on Lake Norman safe and fun. I take multiple groups out each summer and it’s a blast!

What better way to kick off a fantasy football draft than to have a few hours on the lake? Everyone was easy to work with in the booking process and Captain Matt was a great guy. Water skiing and tubing were a hit - highly recommend this for groups!

We had the best time riding around the lake and then parking on the water to swim for a bit. Captain Ben was the best! He was a fun sport with a group of ladies having a wild time. The boat had an awesome sound system we could connect to. He had floats for us to use and even helped inflate the ones we brought! Definitely recommend!

Cruised over July 4th holiday weekend with our grown children. Kids wanted to wake board so we went out on the 13 passenger Triton. First with Captain Jay, but that trip was rained out. Rescheduled with Captain Colin. The boat was beautiful and so clean. We had a great four hour trip. Both captains were really knowledgeable and the vibe was really chill. First trip rained out, Matt in the office was very responsive and helpful. Everyone is professional and we would do I again if we are in the area!

The best experience I never expected on Lake Norman! The boats were SO nice with everything included from coolers to floats, to huge bluetooth sound systems. And the best part is the captains truly care about how much fun you have! I actually sold my boat and only charter now for the few times so I can drink and have fun safely with my family!
