Thai Human Imagery Museum. Inside exhibits wax figures of important people in Thailand's main institutions that are the center of the hearts of Thai people throughout the nation. King, noble monks, as well as telling stories about the way of life, art, culture, history and events National importance through wax figures representing history and including important figures of the world. Marvel at the realism reflected in the wax pieces that showcase the skill of Thai craftsmen. The atmosphere is quiet, the exhibition room is well lit and the text is clearly explained. The area has a food-drink service station and a souvenir shop.

All figures are made of fiber glass ( not wax, because the thai artist want to save figure longer from hot weather in Thailand and applied to fiber glass.) Anyway look so real just without breath! Entry fee not expensive and you can touch vestige of Thai history.

If you're looking to learn about the Thai history in an interesting and almost life-like way, this is the place for you. The wax figures are created with fine details! Alongside the sculptures, there are historical descriptions in English. Everything looked so realistic that it gave me goosebumps!

P.S. Foreigner's price is quite big (300-400 bht) compared to the local's price around 40bht.

This museum exhibit wonderful figures that are better than Madame Tusseau because these are not made from wax. Its only a story house so its quick to make your way through. All of the exhibition is texted in thai, a few in english. You can scan a code to get more information, I did not. Paying 300 baht for this is to much in my opinion, the price of 80 bath for tai is acceptable,

Beside from the double pricing (what I hate): Thai 70 Bath and the others 300 Bath, the images were interesting. We were allowed to make pictures. It takes about 1 hour to see everything.

A real gem but difficult to get to. When we went there was a thai cultural show going on and that added to the experience. The museum itself was very good and the dioramas depict thai history in a very interesting manner. I wouldn't make a trip from bangkok to see this place, but if you are in the area it's certainly worth a visit.

Well worth seeing, so life-like and beautiful in detail. Take your time to walk through the Museum and take in the detail of every piece and the history behind the images. So real you think they could not be just wax.

Place was not that big, only 2 floors. Most of the figures are based on thai history and alot of famous monks. Only few international famous people. Wax figures are well made, almost life like, which is good, however, in most of the places you cannot come near the figures to take photos or look close up, which is a let down because it is fun to pose with the figures. Entrance fee is a bit high for foreigners, 300 baht and thai 200 baht and they only accept if you have the thai social security card to go in with thai price, not license or even working permit allowed. We spent less than an hour going around all the wax figures. It was OK to come once, but not again.

One of those places that has a dual-pricing system, with foreigners paying 4x as much as locals. We received a discount because we live in Thailand.
We weren't familiar with most of the people presented in wax (monks, royals and Thai artists), which left us with displays of local Thai life and a handful of world-famous people. The statues were set in nice scenery and very life-like.
There's a little lake outside with pedal-boats, seating under the trees, market stalls, and some food and souvenir shops. It was quiet, but according to the staff it gets very busy at weekends.

Wax museum outside of town, with a mix of Thai and foreign visitors.
Different price for foreigners, way in excess of Thai price.
Mostly Thai characters portrayed, with foreign statues from a era that most youngsters would not know.
