A mere 1.5 hours from Minsk, the Nesvizh Castle is the perfect day trip getaway. The castle itself is gorgeous and cost of entry is cheap. The exterior is beautiful as are many parts of the interior, entry to which is included in the ticket price. Once you're done with the castle, there are children's activities, a small lake, and a lovely baroque cathedral all nearby. You can also stroll to the historical Nesvizh town hall. I wish we had another hour or so to spend here. I would budget three hours to spend here. Parking is available, with the paid variety being the closest to the castle.

I loved this castle - beautiful, well-kept, big place, so count on 2-3 hours spending inside and outside of the Castle. My favorite in the whole Belarus.

The ancient castle of the Belarusian gentry. I am delighted with everything: starting from the castle itself, ending with an excursion conducted by the wonderful guide Svetlana for us😘

Spent two hours here. Lots of wonderfully decorated rooms with lots of history. Really nice exhibits. Well worth the price.

Perfect for a relaxed half a day hiking. The road leading up to the castle is beautiful, and a lake next to it. A great place for picnic and family. There is also a playground for kids. And of course, gift shops. Budget 1 hour (if in a rush) to 3 hours. Ideally half a day in a relaxed fashion.
The museum is worth visiting.

Impressive complex. You will have the chance to walk through about 20 decorated rooms. Well worth the cost and effort.

What a beautiful place. We were so impressed. The grounds and gardens are lovely and give a great first impression. The castle is beautifully restored and looked after. We did a tour inside and the woman giving the tour was fantastic! She actually made the whole thing so enjoyable. She held our attention, gave us lots of interesting stories and information whilst being witty, and funny. She was really brilliant! A really enjoyable visit.

Really nice located castle. 15 minutes walk from the bus station. Very picture friendly. Walk around the castle. Nearby is local swimming place. Entrance fee is 14 rubel. With the ticket you can see permanent castle exhabition. Not too many foreigners so i am unsure they offer guide in english.

Very well-restored castle, and very much comparable with its twin sister in Mir, just +/- 30 kms away. Castle itself is beautifully renovated and a stroll around it is pleasant. The permanent exhibition is quite tedious and long and after a while you lose interest simply because of the huge number of artefacts that are simply put down there.
Nevertheless another must-see!

Despite Nesvizh Castle being a UNESCO site, it fails to live up to its billing, notwithstanding the extensive work that has been carried out on it. More will have to be done to bring out its very interesting historical dimensions and make the audio commentary more effectively interesting, using anecdotes rather than simply listing the vast numbers of exhibits. This said, if you're in Minsk, it's worth a morning out and a cheap local lunch in town. take the first bus from Minsk (7:50) and make sure your scheduled return actually exists before going to the castle.
