A level, historic and tranquil place to visit, so peaceful and historically interesting. We love be walking from Aylesford village and it’s historic church to the friars, strolling, feeding the ducks or attending one of their farmers markets.

This is a beautiful Carmelite Priory in the Kent countryside not to far from the M2. We went to the 12noon Mass in the Choir Chapel and then went next door to the wonderful Chapel which houses the ceramics of Adam Kossowski. We were astounded...More

The friars is such a beautiful peaceful place. If you want calm and reflection a perfect place to walk around. There two cafes and a lovely pottery shop on the premises. Enjoy walking around the pond full of geese, ducks and so much more.

Very Nice place, especially during summer months! Would recommend to religious and non religious people as you don’t have to participate in anything and still have a lovely day out.

A quiet moment with yourself and God, just tell him all. The place is accessible by public transportation. The views are just so beautiful, like a tale from a movie. It is a place with history, love, culture, people.
