Plenty to do here. Cinema, unlimited 10 pin bowling before 6pm for £6 per person. arcade games, mini golf and kids soft play. Unfortunately we didn’t try the mini golf as some holes were flooded but to be honest, we just wanted to be indoors. Really good soft play £4.50 per child. Staff were helpful and friendly and we really enjoyed a few visits here whilst on holiday. Plenty food outlets nearby and you can also eat here too. We also went to the W5 in Belfast which was woeful in comparison. Jet Centre wins hands down.

What was meant to be a fun day out this was anything but for me and my family. Because I have an adult son (in his 30’s) who has a disability a female staff member refused him entry to see The Gentlemen and suggested that I shouldn’t have brought him as disabled people aren’t welcome in 18 movies. When I asked this staff member for a name she laughed telling me I wasn’t getting her name. I also requested to speak to management and that was also refused. I would also like to take time to warn parents how in this place it teaches kids to start gambling early on with all the gaming machines just designed to take away your young one's pocket money. This so called entertainment centre was not one bit entertaining, it was a reminder how narrow minded people can be when it comes to people who are disabled. Would never recommend here to anyone in my family and friends.

Hello Albert I am so sorry for the way that your son was treated by a member of our staff. This is not how we as a Company expect anyone to be treated irrespective of age or ability. Please can you confirm what day and what showing of The Gentlemen you were all going to see so I can identify the member of staff. As your son was over 18 he should not have been refused entry to the film and you most certainly should have been able to speak the Duty Manager or Supervisor that was on duty. I look forward to hearing from you and again I offer my sincere apologies. Wanda

Hello Thanks for the feedback. The member of staff you've referred to has been spoken to about this as you should have been able to have your food order taken immediately. Glad to hear that you had a great time apart from this.

I came to the cinema in the Jet Centre to see Midsommar and I regretted it. There was three girls who done nothing but chat and play on their phones during the movie and I would have questioned if they were old enough to see the movie as they clearly didn't look old enough. The movie was timed so late it meant you weren't coming out of the cinema until near midnight. Staff weren't that friendly on it. Might travel further for a different cinema in future.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your visit wasn't what you had hoped for. If we believe anyone to be under age we will refuse them entrance unless they can show us id to prove their age. Staff monitor screens on a regular basis and whilst we appreciate customers don't wish to leave a screen, if we had been made aware of the issue we could have placed a member of staff in the screen to ensure that the behaviour ceased. Please in future if something similar happens, do come and advise a member of staff so we can deal with the issue. Many thanks

If you don’t have a car, and you have to visit from out of town, it is hard to go to the jet centre and get an adequate visit out of it! We walked from coleraine train station (there was a bus, but it was between times for one), they open at 2 on the weekdays but the last bus out of the station towards ballycastle was 5:50. So even though we wanted to do the movie, the play area, etc we could only do one thing and we chose the alleycats soft play. It was great, clean and fun! Food was overpriced, but that’s not unexpected :) So bottom line if you have a car a weekday visit is guaranteed fun! If you rely on public transport not so much, make it a weekend day if you can (they open 10am)!
