Indoor Soft Play & Party Centre for 0 - 12 year olds. Open 7 days a week except for Christmas Day & Boxing Day. There's a specific area for up to 12mths, a 1 - 4 area and a 5 - 12 years area. We have free parking, baby changing facilities, a coffee shop and baby food/bottle warming facilities. Toddler morning is on term time Mondays at 9.15am and includes elevenses of toast and juice.

Great space for kids of all ages to play. Love that there is a section for under 4s (although this could be supervised by staff more as some older kids will play here and potentially hurt the young kids). You can buy a snack box for kids at great value, and there is also hot food on offer too. Price is a bit pricey for some ages (£4.90 for a 1 year old but also £4.90 for a 4 year old who definitely don't get the same amount of play out of the place) but they get 90 mins for a session of play which is great.

The best place for a birthday party. We had my wee boys 7th Birthday here, excellent customer service from booking at the beginning to the very end! The girl that looked after our party did an amazing job! She took care of everything leaving me with nothing at all to do! The kids food was lovely, alley cats is very clean, and staff are very helpful! Will definitely be having every other party here from now on and the bonus is I had no cleaning up to do! Thank you to all the staff at Alley Cats!

Staff so unfriendly unhelpful and extremely rude.
Not suitable to be working with young children with the unapproachable attitude although they don’t interact very much with the customers or the children anyway - won’t be back

Staff horrible, shouldn’t be working with family’s and children with such a horrible personality and attitude. Especially the older woman with brown shoulder length hair. Horrible horrible woman.

Great for my 6 year old, 3 year old and 2 year old! Really clean, brilliant staff, friendly, helpful. Very safe for children.

Brilliant spot for kids and adults I've had 3 birthday parties here and a laser party . Staff are brilliant and the place is spotless great day out with good food play cinema all under one roof. Even the arcade staff are lovely.

My Grandson loves this place, but very very noisy, so it's not somewhere you can sit and relax while your kids play.

Having used lots of soft play with my 20 month old I was a little disappointed with the limited access he had at alley cats. Visiting on a rainy summer day, the little stations for the smaller kids was jam packed, mostly with mums sitting in the play areas with babies who couldn’t walk yet. Why isn’t there an area just for non walking babies, like funky monkeys etc does?
Was not impressed that they did not offer to fill my child’s drinks flask with water or juice for the cost of one glass of juice. Instead had to purchase a jug!!
I liked the fact that there were workers supervising the areas, but was frustrated when my toddler wanted to play in the big area, kept heading for it (because he can play in it in every other soft play) but wasn’t allowed here. Made for a frustrating time for me.

I am sorry that your visit was not to your satisfaction. It is a popular venue on a wet day.
We do not charge for drinking water, and, it is given to any customer who requests it, so the assistant must have misunderstood your request, I'm afraid.
Your child would be allowed in the large frame if you believed him capable. As the signs explain, the small area is strictly for 4 years and under. The large frame is recommended for 5 to 12 years.
We also have an under 1's area, located between two of the slides.
There are always staff members available to address any concerns or answer questions if you are unsure, or not fully satisfied.

Love it kids love it and helps us parents get some me time lol. Daughter has so much fun and def best value for money event in the country. Those crying about supervision read the signs ITS UR RESPONSIBILITY or do you want play and babysitting for £3.50.

Took my grand children here recently, wasn’t as busy as it can be. But the children had a great time. Played away without any problems. The staff are friendly and are vigilant which is good. We have been here for a few parties and they have been well catered for. Coffee shop is available will kids play.

Hi AC,
Thank you for your question and for taking an interest in our facility.
Unlike a crèche or playgroup, for example, parents and guardians accompany their children to our Play Centre. Therefore, they are responsible for their children at all times. Just as they would be if they were taking their children to an outdoor playground or to the beach.
We have a large staff who are assigned to various duties: reception, café, tables, bathrooms, hosting parties and frame duties. Those on frame duties are required to supervise the area and ensure that the frame is safe for use, is being used responsibly and correctly. They will check children's ages for example.
Parents and guardians are required to sign to say that they will read and adhere to the rules of play at all times. This ensures safe play for all. We have 6 monthly independent inspections and we are very proud of our safety awards.
