This is well worth the look it's a wonderful fountain depicting all that Lindau is known for. Each statue has it's only little story.

This fountain is situated close to the old town hall and is well worth a look to admire the ornate figures. Apart from that it is nothing special. As it was hot, I splashed some water on my face and neck!

Lindavia is the mythological founder of Lindau. The statue is not great art, but it has meaning for the Lindau residents. Certainly not a highlight, but a nice example of the over-the-top style of the 19th Century. It might be best seen on a twilight walk through the town. Romantic? No, the parking lot sees to that.

The Fountain called as Lindavia-Brunnen locally is located right in front of the old town hall and is worth a visit/evening walk. This place can be reached in about 10 mins walk from the Lindau train station and Harbour and comes second only to the Lindau Light house and Lion Monument. There are quite a few food joints and small shopping centres typical of a small town for people to indulge.
