The basilica on Piazza Prospero is beautiful and forming a fantastic wall with lions to protect it. You should go there in late November on Fiesta San Prospero. You should book a room in B&B Vescovado to be close to the event!

This is the most beautiful church in Reggio Emilia. Take care, there are 6 red marmor lions, who guard the church!
