Lovely quiet beach even in August (except for Sundays), clean sand shallow, gently sloping entry into warm clear sea. Some excellent restaurants, though only if you are a sea food fan as it's almost impossible to get a meat meal unless it's on a pizza....More

If you want a serviced beach but without crowds then come here. Two sunbeds and an umbrella for 10 Euros for half a day and the nearest people to us were over 50 yards away.

Amazing time here. Houses on the beach, friendly people, grocery stores close by. Great for the kids. I don't want to leave.

There's a great beach at Donnalucata but before the beach you need to check out Castello Donnalucata. A kind of Castle / Stately home with amazing gardens and well worth a visit.

We enjoyed the walk along the promenade in the evening. The beach is extremely long. The kids loved playing in the sand. There were some people sunbathing and others strolling. The weather was lovely.
