I travelled out to the fringes of Ferrara to visit this museum and it was closed for renovations. The security guard told me it would not reopen until 2018. This is something which should be disclosed on the museum's website to save people the hassle...More

Hello Zanzibar48, sorry to know you couldn't visit the museum. It was inaugurated on December 13th 2017 and, since then, many people have visited it already. On our TripAdvisor page you can find our opening hours. We hope to have you here again soon.

Hello Rhonda, we are truly sorry. The museum was only partially open when you came to Ferrara. It was inaugurated a few weeks ago, on December 13th 2017. We hope you want to visit us again.
