Visited today with friends. The beaches are very nice and the water is calm. It would of been good to swim but the water was a little cold.

Cannot describe the beauty of Cefalu. Loved the quaint small town with the white sandy beach and gorgeous mountains. The water is so many different shades of blue. The cobblestone streets are narrow and full of restaurants and shops. You can't help but feel relaxed...More

Me and 6 friends we have a great experience in Cefalu. Nice beach and good food. Is not a place for anyone looking for nightlife.

Cefalu is really lovely and worth a day trip. Stroll around the streets, linger on the beach with a lovely granita or gelato and relax.

We came to Cefalu from Palermo. Journey took us abt 1 hour. Beautiful town with winding alley. Love the beach the most!

We just missed the busy season and although there is not a lot see in the way of tourist hotspots, the old town is beautiful, the Duomo spectacular and the swimming beaches are clean and safe. Very relaxing few days to recharge during our trip.

Scenic, pleasant, tourust town but nothing spectacular. Standard shops, vrestaurants and tourust gangouts. I would not say it is a must- see attraction.

Two years ago we visited Cefalu in July. This year it was in October. Two different scenes of thus wonderful seaside medieval town. Historic buildings dating from 1100, lots of shops, plenty of great restaurants. Weekends are very busy and crowed. August is the Italian...More

Yes, definitely the best and cheapest way to visit - keep your tickets safe as inspected on the train journey - Cefalu Station is in the center of the town and easy access to town shops and seafront - also has a supermarket... More

When we were there at Easter there were a couple of people on the beach, in front of the old town, with dogs. The dogs played on the beach and ran in and out of the water.
