Worth a visit even if just to take some pictures of the Broletto Palace along with Duomo Nuovo (the New Cathedral) and Duomo Vecchio (the Old Cathedral). Quite a few places to sit down in the Piazza to grab something to eat/drink!

Out of many squares spread around the city centre, this is one of the best for me. It is characterised with two 'duomi': the old one dating back to the XI century while the newer was built between 1604 and 1825. The square was entitled...More

I have been to Brescia several times and was unaware of this lovely spot. Magnificent churches, old and older side by side, marble fountain and hundreds of outdoor restaurant tables. Beautiful!

Bustling with people and activity, we sat and had a glass of wine, watched a wedding coming out and the priest addressing the guests, a street musician playing guitar and singing, a couple dancing soon joined by two mothers with strollers. A hive of activity...More

Brescia as city and Piazza Paolo VI was something I didn't expect before I arrived. The combinations of different time periods next to each other makes it interesting! There are some terraces at the square to eat and drink something! I would really reccomend visiting...More

The former Piazza Duomo has two Cathedrals and a City hall. The Old and New Cathedral and Broletto. YOu just sit down on one of the restaurant terraces and enjoy the view.

Did not have much expectation of Brescia as did not read anything about this beautifully town earlier. But once I came and discovered this beautiful Piazza, I remain Ed speechless. Worth to visit and spent few days there for sure.

Love this square! From here every sight in Brescia is walkable. Good starting point to explore this amazing town. Start your tour from this square (Duomo Vecchio is located right here) and end up on top of the castle for a nice panoramic view over...More

Excellent place to rest, eat a gelato or drink a coffee and take photos of the beautiful buildings surrounding the piazza.

There are not that many places to visit in Brescia probably. If I need to count two places, one is the castle and the other one is Piazza Paolo. Especially in the weekend, it is very lively there.
