I was staying in an Airbnb and had been to Arezzo before, so did not need help with orientation to the town. What I did need help with, however, was in figuring out the logistics of getting to Sansepolcro and Monterchi to see the Piero...More

Adequate without excelling. I doubt many could not afford half a Euro for a simple street map but would they not be better marketing their city by offering this free? - that said it was very useful to wander around the streets & find the...More

A small shop, selling the usual items. It didn't feel anything unusual like most tourist information places. Perhaps My view was jaundiced by the 20 children who visited at the same time and all wanted to use the toilets.

Your first stop off of the train should be here. Staffed by energetic helpful folks with loads of great information. My tear off map was free so I can't comment on previous commenters' saying that it cost for the map. This is an easily walkable...More

You enter this place after a ride on multiple escalators into the city. The people are extremely friendly - and the toilets very clean. This is why I went there because I hate tourist offices. But this one is really nice.
