White truffles, great wine, history, architecture, art.... go and fill your boots! Alba in September - October is a fabulous choice for a long weekend, especially if it is Salone del Gusto or Fiera del Tartufo at the time!

We walked through this area during the day and at night. It is typical of Italian towns— a large square and lovely cathedral. In the evening we ate at some outstanding restaurants in the area. Gelato shops are everywhere— great selections!
