We were visiting relatives nearby and thought we would take a little walk with our 3yr old son and build some sandcastles. The beach is lovely, not as pebbly as some of the other beaches. The view is lovely and our son enjoyed seeing the...More

We parked at Wiseman's Bridge and walked the coast path past Coppets Beach to Saundersfoot. It was a bit windy but a lovely walk to a good dog friendly beach.

I think this beach is beautiful. A wide expanse of soft sand ideal for children to play on, for a walk or leisurely meander in the sunshine and for dogs to walk on. Because Saundersfoot is a really dog friendly place. It’s known for it....More

A lovely, large, clean beach with masses of sand. There are great views and it is easily accessible down a sloping walk way.

Saundersfoot and Coppit Hall beach have been a favourite place to come for over 30 years. Mostly sandy with some areas of rocks and rock pools. At Coppit Hall we've had hours of fun damming the stream onto the beach, building sandcastles and swimmimg. There...More

On yet another glorious September day (does it ever rain in Wales?) my wife and I made our way to Saundersfoot beach. We parked at the nearby Coppet Hall - £4.00 per day. There is a short tunnel which took us into the pretty village...More

We never get tired of walking on Saundersfoot beach the pleasant walk followed by lunch and a walk around the lovely shops. Sadly today there was a dead dolphin on the beach 😢

The beach is wide and sandy, gently sloping and close to all the amenities. Ideal for families. There is car parking is immediately adjacent and the harbour can be accessed from the far end of the beach at low tide.

Yep, we tended to get there early in the morning for a walk, before the 'owners' of the beach area got there. There are much better beaches nearby and most are dog friendly.
