Very friendly staff and lots of lovely gifts to choose from. The museum is a must for travellers interested in the RNLI as there were plenty of staff available to give talks about this lovely charity and the area. Nice cup of tea nearby too.

Great little shop and museum, worth a visit and a contribution, the RNLI need our support for the very good and dangerous life saving work they do, Christmas cards bought already. We visit each time we go to Eastbourne.

A good stock of RNLI-related goods and friendly, helpful volunteer staff who had time to chat but were aware of other customers.

RNLI gifts are good quality, interesting and good value. The museum part is tiny, but well worth checking out overall. A short visit is all that's needed - which could be combined with a walk along the prom.
