I hopped onto one of Aisling's sunset yoga classes on the rooftop of Hugge co-working space in Paphos Old Town. This was in July 22. It was a really wonderful way to wind down, relax and reconnect with my body rather than being stuck in my head after a days work. Aisling was great at pacing the session according to the attendees. I felt guided and supported through what was only my 2nd or 3rd proper yoga session ever. For more advanced moves there were easier alternatives offered. Aisling kept the pace and the rhythm wonderfully and that helped with my connected feeling. Equipment (matt and blocks) were provided so I didn't need to worry about taking anything with me. I will be rejoining the class when I return to Paphos very shortly!

Aisling is amazing! We were 4 friends on holiday and she came to our hotel and we had a long and relaxing session where we really connected to ourselves and each other! We're beginners and The pace was perfect! We loved every second of it and definitely recommend!
