They booked the Blue Lagoon for 6 of us.2 people became ill and couldn't go, They rearranged everything for the other 2 so they could go the following day and be picked up off a Whale tour by bus to make sure they got there due to a tight schedule. All our own nightmare,that they easily resolved the whole drama by email within an hour of being in touch with them. Excellent customer service. Thankyou!

The young lady who helped us book our excursions was delightful! She listened to what we wanted and matched us with good companies and helped us plan our day to fit in two special excursions. The whale watching trip was exhilarating and the horse ranch was beautiful. The staff at both places were friendly and helpful.

Nice information center toward the center of town. It's a good place to include on your visit as you will find all sorts of information about what to do, shows, art expos and some free maps. The staff were helpful and spoke English.

Karina form What's On, was INCREDIBLE!! We flew to Iceland very last minute for four days and hadnt planned a single thing. We stumbled upon What's On and Karina told us exactly what we needed to see and do and what we need to avoid. She was straight to the point and gave us all the information we needed.
