Visit 15th July (vouchers from a shopping centre) and 16th July (DKK 150, 200 and 250, Child, Young and Adult). "Less scary than the one we visit in Switzerland", so we went two days in a row. So this is not a substitute for a mountain. On the first day I wore an office shirt and nice shoes - which is not a problem on the green routes.

Spanish speaking guests were catered for, possibly in English through a local host.

Safety: there is a compulsory introduction, where I asked my children to be observant - despite of having tried it before. Yes, one customer was asked to leave as he repeatedly (on purpose?) promenaded up high w/o the use of safety equipment. At the opening of the day the staff would test sensitive equiment ("free fall") before letting the customers on.

Duration: Introduction with supervision of technique (20 - 30 min), climbing and trampoline nets for 2 hours with ad hoc instruction and supervision. Personal items could be stored in small lockers (DKK 10 deposit, bring your own coin - they literally don't have change).
Booking: internet, Phone and walk-in. If the staff says it is tight, do expect waiting time on the routes. If you book on the phone, be advised that there is no receptionist. You are speaking to an instructor, who will not have time to take notes.

Equipment : 6 routes + introduction. The installations were surveyed April 3rd 2019, but I saw the need of service/repair (oh, it is coming "next week") Local attraction: 8-10 m "free fall" (restricted to People of 30 to 120 kg) and the very high route (min 160 cm height of the participant).
Sales of sausages for roasting on the fire, ice cream and non alcoholic drinks. Contactless Credit card and Danish "Mobilepay" are accepted for all payments.

Staff: 1 to 2 people on site

In July, as a major holiday activity that my kids really looked forward to I had booked time online for the site in Holbaek. We arrived to the place being closed. I called the office which appears to be in Copenhagen, and after having to call back once more learned that - despite a correct booking and pre-payment in an online booking system - they had forgotten to assign a trainer for Holbaek for the day.

I was given a refund, so no problem there, and I was also offered a free visit at a later date. I responded to this offer a few weeks later asking again for time at the Holbaek site, to which I did not get a response. I followed up once more with an email, and still did not get a response. As the vacation was over I did not follow up further.

I am sure this place is lots of fun when open, but I do not feel particularly encouraged to try again. We have since been to one in Germany which was walk-in and super friendly and organised, realising how much fun a well run climbing park can be.

Went with my wife, her sister and her two kids. A fun way to spend a couple of hours testing yourself, building your confidence and helping other with the same. We had a lot of fun and in between rounds/courses we had some drinks and snacks we had brought with us at one of their picnic tables. There are several levels to choose from so you can go and have fun and feel comfortable or you can challenge yourself and push your comfort zone...
There are some limitations with children, such as height so please check their website or call first if you have questions.
