My husband and I are going to patmos since many many years and a “must-do” is always the walk to psili Amos, which is around 25 minutes each way (I recommend to bring proper shoes). The hike is beautiful and you will have outstanding views....More

Long walk down a rocky path to reach this beach. Quite beautiful with small taverna, homophobic service, made my husband and I wait for almost an hour for after lunch coffee. Arrogant French almost fighting for tables. Although slightly nudist, most clothed beach goers displayed...More

Psili Ammos is a beautiful beach with tasty food. You can lay under a tree in the shadow if you want to, or in the sun. The sand is soft and not dirty. The water is very clear, and perfect to play or swim in.

Psili Ammos is the best beach of Patmos! Take a taxi or your car to Diakofti, just 15 min away from Skala or Chora. Then follow the rocky road by foot to the beach! Don’t forget your trainers, suncream and your hat! The walking should...More

The beach is worth visiting if there isn’t too much wind from the north. A good 20 minute hike in good shoes. Try not to go - or come back in the middle of the day. Worth it when you get there.

A beautiful beach greets you after the 20 min walk on a narrow path over some hills. It's a pretty easy walk. We had trainers on but others walked in flip flops. The beach is big, sandy and really nice. There are trees giving some...More

30 mins climb up and over a mountain to a rather shabby sandy beach and certainly not as good as most of other Patmos beaches. The secluded nature of the beach seems to attract nude bathers and wannabe hippies.

One of the few genuinely sandy beaches on Patmos. A bit of an effort to get there ... a steep climb on a rocky, uneven pathway ... but soft sand, some shady trees (if not all taken!) and a beach which shelves gently into a...More

We heard about this beach from locals so we decided to try and find it. We made several attempts to find it on our scooter and after directions from a local we got to the end of the road and began a 30 minute scramble...More
