I took a canal ride through the canal ring. The view of the Amsterdam houses and houseboats was awesome. The tour boat guide gave a wonderful history lesson of the canals and homes.

Amsterdam is all about canals and they all have a unique feel to them. Get a boat trip and see them from a different angle from walking around the city.

You will get beautiful pictures while in Amsterdam. Surrounding you and making you feel so at peace. However be aware of the cyclist, as pedestrians are not in their priority list.

I went with lover but took a pizza dinner cruise the next night it was in outer canal at times and inland
