You know how you look at those poor people stacked like sardines in those huge boats that have 19 audioguides(which I've never seen not suck anywhere I've tried them)? You don't want to be them. The difference between those tours and this one is around...More

Small group on these boats so nice and informal. Oli took us around the canals and was a font of information re the history of Amsterdam. We were lucky to have great weather so very pleasant day....highly recommend.

When you try to take a vacation you usually find yourself wound up like a slinky trying to get everything done. This tour is the common cure for your woes. Captain Morgan (FITTING) brought us through the biggest and smallest of Amsterdam’s waterways, but rather...More

My wife and I took the canal trip, which ran over the allotted time, unbeknownst to everyone, around parts of Amsterdam that were so quiet and picturesque today .. The whole thing was so intimate, in a sense that everyone on the boat (10 people)...More

This was my first trip to Amsterdam and I was seeking to find the most "non touristy tour" on the canal I could find. My advice to you is to stop looking at those boats that sit a ton of people and book with #ThoseDamBoatGuys....More

This was the first activity we went on after arriving in Amsterdam! Our captain Mark had quite the sense of humor and was extremely knowledgeable about everything in Amsterdam’s past! His passion for his city is quite obvious. We highly recommend this tour!

A trip to Amsterdam without a canal tour is not really a trip to Amsterdam. You have to take a tour while here and those dam boat guys are the absolute best. Our guide Michael was hilarious and engaging. Don't forget your drinks and don't...More

One of Amsterdam’s most preferred outdoor markets and
some of the city’s favorite watering holes are but two
of the many reasons to save ample time for a stroll
through this especially convivial warren of narrow
streets with its unfair share of quirky shops and
quality galleries. Historically a haven for the
working class and emigrants, these days the Jordaan is
better known as an enclave for artists and designers.

Hi Sandra, It wasn’t raining but it wasn’t a sun shining day either. It was a cloudy day, we went on the boat tour at 5 pm.

Tough question. It really depends on your disposition and parenting style. Our guides can curse like sailors, but tend to tone it down for families, though an f-bomb has been known to be dropped here and there on public... More
