Take the Funicolore up the mountain. Beautiful views! Climb to the top of the church it is so worth it to see the 360 degree views of the mountains and lakes.

From Monte Salvatore you have a magnificience view, unforgettable, to the Alpine chain and view of Lugano Lake and the city; San Salvatore moutain is symbol of the Bay of Lugano and it's accessible by funicular that leaves from Lugano-Paradiso.

Upon recommendation of the lady at the reception we went up Mt. San Salvatore. Highly enjoyed the ride up there and the views over Lake Lugano simply stunning. Despite the clouds.

Hello, the ticinocard gives u discount for sure i do not know how much. The hike from paradiso takes about 2 hours on a nice hiking path, in the middle of the forest. Enjoy!
