We found this little fountain on our third day in Siena for The Palio - on the previous two days the square had been too crowded to see it. Not overly special but the pigeons seemed to be enjoying it a lot.
There are lots of restaurants on Piazza del Campo but unfortunately it's such a captive audience of tourists some of the restaurants take their position for granted.
