We came across this beautiful place on our tour of many of churches on the day of the Palio. It was bedecked with Giraffa flags - who later went on to win the race ahead of our Aquila. Well worth a brief visit.

The best time we had in Tuscany! We were taken aback at the beauty of the views, art and history. We would certainly return. Siena is magical.

Santa Maria in Provenzano is a jewel. Often used for concerts/recitals for local and visiting musicians. If you have the chance, don't miss a performance. Live music sounds phonemail here.

The architecture from outside is cool and worth a visit. We took a few pictures but didn't go inside. However it was nice to wander past it.
