I love opera and this was of very high standard and magnificent if you think of the setting. A small simple church, one gifted pianist and one fabulous soprano. No chorus, no fancy sets, no orchestra. And yet it worked! The arias are well known...More

The opera soprano and pianist were excellent. I'm not an opera fan but figured I should expose my self to some culture. I felt the the soloists voice was too overpowering for the little church venue. She needs to perform in a larger hall

Neither of us are classical music buffs, but the chance to hear the arias in an intimate venue was not to be missed. One soprano a pianist 10 arias plus O Sole Mio and 2 piano solos for €20 each. A great night and 2...More

Travelling on a girls trip with our two 20yr old daughters, we couldn't quite believe their enthusiasm for the evening so we quite literally trailed along with them. Wow, €20 a ticket and you are in a church in Siena listening to a selection of...More

Just what you want to remind you that you are in the home of opera. When we went, the soprano was excellent, singing many favourite arias. Great.

I went to this thinking it would be a bit naff but it turned out to be anything but. This will give you a tast of what opera is about and both the pianist and singer could not be faulted, they were both extremely talented....More

We attended on a Saturday evening; better than a weekday in that there were 3 vocalists instead of 2. It was evident that the singers were talented. Sadly, it was hard to hear them as the accompanist made every effort to overpower them by playing...More

The small venue made the performance super intimate, and the acoustics were absolutely amazing! The baritone and soprano were both very expressive and had amazing stage presence, and the pianist was incredible. It was definitely one of the coolest things I've ever gone to!
