Part of the University, we enjoyed a stroll through the gardens. The greenhouses were the highlight - great citrus in particular. We were there in early April, so we did not expect full spring bloom, but some of the beds could use some more plantings...More

It may have been affected by the very high temperatures Europe has had this summer, but a lot of the garden was very empty (e.g. the greenhouses). We had a pleasant walk through.

I love visiting botanical gardens when on holiday but this was really quite sad. I understand maintaining the grounds must be very difficult in Italy at the moment with water shortages and extremely hot weather but as you pay an entrance fee and it's operated...More

Worth a visit for the peace & tranquility, spent 2 hours here mainly resting, not another visitor was to be seen.Small charge, well worth the wander, built into the hillside. The fact that its run down added to the character.

Not a lot to say, paid 2.5 euros entry and the only life we really saw was the person who took the money. It was a Monday not sure if that is the Gardeners day off or for that matter any growing matter, in truth...More

Spent a very relaxing 90 minutes here. Not many plants flowering, clearly because it's February, but nevertheless worth the visit. Probably will get five stars on a spring/ summer visit.
