The modest church with simple interior is one of the oldest in the city, built in the 12th century. Its best feature is the simple and beautiful brick facade with an elegant pattern of two, different sized, rows of blind arches supported by semi-columns.

This little 12 century Italian Romanesque church is worth a short detour from the main Street. With a simple but well maintained exterior and a similar interior this church is a superb example of medieval ecclesiastic architecture in this little bit nice town.
