This is a really great bar with a wide range of real ales for all tastes. The food looks very good as well and is all cooked from fresh on the premises (you can see the chefs preparing it through the hatch) although I didn't try the food myself. On ales alone, a solid 5 stars.

We visited Pisa Las weekend and the Bruno was in our must try list, Not disappointed!!!
Great beer, Try the wombat ipa, great atmosphere and brilliant knowledgable staff, even the Pisa fan from Palermo !
Avoid the tourist tacky places and give these guys your support.

There are not so many places in Pisa where one can spend a good night with friends and beer. Inside, I mean, so not counting the many places outside. But on cold autumn evenings it is better to sit somewhere inside. If you happen to be in Pisa at such a time, this is the place to go. Many students, nice people. Excellent beers, brewed for the pub itself, served with great care and at very reasonable prices (Eur 4 for 0,5 l). Simple but good food. Next time in Pisa, I'll be back here.

It was recommended by a friend to go have a beer at this place. The beer is all home-made and so its not your typical beer. The bar man didn't mind giving us a bit to taste before ordering a pint.

It's always very crowded. we passed by it every night and it was always packed!! even on a week night...but we did manage to sit by the bar when we did manage to get in (it was a week night). If you want to have a bite of eat, I think it would be best to try and go as early as possible - it opens at 7pm :)

Bottom Line is: Don't go to Pisa without visiting this place!

This bar was incredibly popular and crowded, even on a week night. There weren't a lot of places to sit down, and tables weren't cleared too often. They have a good selection of craft and other beers. They even have a substantial food menu, with sandwiches and salads. I guess it was during a happy hour earlier in the evening, they had plates of food sitting at the bar for free! The bar tender was very friendly, and at a less busy moment was very happy to explain the menu items to me in English. You have to go up to the bar to order everything, which is understandable with how hard it is to navigate between tables.

If you want to try local beer in pisa, here is the place to hang out. In addition to a very good range of beer, they offer delicious salads and sandwiches too. Its quite a popular place for local hipsters to hang out, so fills up fast. However, its worth a visit.

We wanted to go there but really it was so crowdy that most of the people was compelled to stay outside. I repeat, i didnt want inside and I don't know really if is a good place or not. From my point of view is a pub like :)
