The Cathedral was closed during our visit as part of cruise. We walked around it and it looked interesting but not impressive. It was disappointing as there is lack of things to do in Livorno.

It was closed when we walked by so could only visit from the outside. Building is very impressive and I would love to peek inside, perhaps next time.

Dirty, nothing to see on the exterior, inside even worst, I would not recommend to see it, there are far more interesting churches in Livorno to hang around.
