Though the theatre is very nice and comfy, the sound isn’t so great. But I’m here to talk about the opera itself, the story sets the life of a Spanish soldier in 1820 but the stage settings are in the 1980’s which feels really wrong....More

Saw their contemporary version of La Traviata, excellent job by cast and orchestra. The facilities appear to be almost new compared to the grand halls in London, Paris, Rome. While on vacation, we try to experience a performance, to capture the essence of the community....More

The MMF has an amazing chorus and orchestra. In my opinion they are the best in Italy. I would highly recommend anybody to go and see their season. Coming to the opera will make a wonderful evening. Be sure to support them.

I saw a Bellini opera there. The cast was pretty good, but this opera was not for me, but booring. Anyway the building is amazing. Hope will be back soon for another venue.

I love the Maggio Musicale and take it in each year. There are many different kinds of performances. Certainly there is one to meet every musical interest. Also visit the new beautiful opera house. Extraordinary.

stopping amazed in Piazza di Santa Maria Novella. It
is impossible not to admire the the square, housing
