This is a lovely church with a free entry close to the river. It was completed in the 1250s, but rebuilt around 1627 in Baroque-style. Sandro Botticelli is buried here. Ghirlandaio 's version of the Last Supper is open for viewing on Mondays only.

The church is a well known attraction in Florence. It’s also resting place for Boticelli. There is a painting of the ‘last supper’ which inspired Leonardo to paint his own. It’s a quiet place to walk around or sit and ponder.
