This is a great little shop! We were looking for a shop to buy some wine and have it shipped back home to the US so we didn't have to worry about carrying it. The owner was extremely helpful. His English was very broken, but we were able to communicate effectively enough. He helped us pick out a few bottles of wine, plus olive oil and limoncello. The shipping was a little expensive, but I didn't have to carry it, so I am happy!
The shipping was a little slower than expected... he told us 7-10 days and it took about 3 weeks, but everything arrived just as expected and was unbroken. It was packaged very securely.
I would definitely recommend this shop and have no concerns having him ship items back home.

Excellent customer service by the owner who gave us a detailed background of the drinks / oils, shortlisting items based on our taste preferences.
At the end she bubble wrapped the bottle without packaging for safe transportation.
If you are in Taormina looking for Sicilian gin, wine, olive oil definitely check this place out.

A gem of a little specialty grocery. I was steered to the pistachio Nutella and will never be the same :-). Service was fantastic and helpful, as are their products.

We were in Sicily celebrating our wedding and stumbled upon this place on our last night. The lady who helped us spoke enough English and we spoke just enough Italian to understand each other. She recommended some wines and I must say that they are great. Wish we could order more more.

Great Italian Trattoria with wide selection of traditional sweets, pasta and other artisanal Italian food. Nice pistachio and home made sweets. More tgan 100 years old tradition and great service in 3 languages.

It was our last day of a two-week trip to Sicily and I had already bought some small gifts and food items for myself to bring home. I wish I would have waited to get all my food items here. Not only was the woman helping me very pleasant, but the selection of Sicilian specialties was great (Modica chocolate, Sicilian sea salt, amaro, etc), the sizes were perfect for packing to take home, the prices were reasonable and each item was individually wrapped and tied with a bow. So couldn't resist bringing home a few more items.

I absolutely love this place. We bought almond cookies, marzipan, torrone and crème de pasticcio. OMG, absolute heaven. Nothing is overly sweet, just perfect. I was so sad when we ate the last piece of marzipan we brought home to NY. We're planning a trip next year to Sicily and I expect our luggage will be overflowing with items from this store. The lady who helped us couldn't have been nicer. We cannot wait to go back.

After checking a few other stores, I can say this one is the best for the variety, quality and price. Same wine was about €2 lower than a store just a block away. The store lady is very friendly and can explain each product and wine in very good English. And she wrap everything with nice paper. Highly recommend!!
